Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags and packaging intact for a successful inspection.

Schedule Pickup

Once approved, our courier partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48-72 hours to collect the return package.

Receive Refund

After your item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
